INFORMACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

Develop greater body awareness by taking control of your movement and achieving flexibility in postures with the help of the RDX Cork Yoga Block. Perfect accessory to improve stretches and help you prolong passive poses without exerting too much energy or tiring your muscles. Softer than wood but more resistant than foam, it is the most comfortable yoga block to practice restorative postures or to use as a meditation cushion during asanas. The durable cork block provides solid support to the back, hips and heels to modify challenging poses, increase reach and ensure form retention after strenuous yoga exercises. The non-slip texture provides extra traction and ensures a firm grip for added stability and proper alignment starting with the base of your posture. The beveled edges make it easy to grip the yoga block without creating pressure points or inducing joint pain. Essential yoga equipment for yoga practice in the studio or outdoors, Pilates and home gym exercises. Fairly standard dimensions (22.5 x 14.5 x 10.2 cm) to accommodate yogis of all shapes, sizes and skill levels.

The organic cork yoga block is light enough to be portable and toxin-free for safe yoga practice. Unlike foam, plastic or foam blocks, our 100% natural cork block is biodegradable and sustainably sourced. Cork is a renewable material that reduces your ecological footprint and gives environmentally conscious yogis the incentive to give back to the environment. Choose your favorite yoga block from five design variations.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MATERIAL : Our cork yoga block material is sustainably sourced, 100% natural, renewable and biodegradable to produce a smaller ecological footprint compared to synthetic materials. Toxin-free cork material is ideal for a safer yoga practice. More durable than plastic or foam blocks and able to support the entire body weight in balancing poses.
NON-SLIP SURFACE : Textured surface provides extra traction to hold poses safely for extended yoga exercises. The non-slip cork block also helps achieve additional stabilization in balancing poses and alignment for everyone: beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced yogis. The waterproof, moisture-proof and antibacterial material is ideal for sweaty workouts and provides easy cleaning with a damp cloth.
EASY TO GRIP : The rounded edges of the yoga bricks prevent excess stress on the joints and provide a comfortable grip for your hands. The textured surface makes the block feel secure and comfortable enough on the skin to offer adequate use during difficult stretches.
DEEPEN YOUR STRETCHES : The yoga block helps to deepen and increase range to lengthen your stretches. Essential yoga equipment for beginners to assist with challenging yoga poses according to flexibility and skill level. It is also suitable for providing balance and alignment in your Pilates, fitness and home gym routines, while preventing injuries from muscle strain or unexpected falls.
FACILITATING YOUR YOGA PRACTICE : Our versatile yoga blocks can be used under your hands, feet and back and even under your hips to use as a meditation cushion during asanas. The ideally sized yoga block (22.5 x 14.5 x 10.2 cm) accommodates users of all shapes and sizes. Lightweight and portable enough to use comfortably indoors or outdoors in the wild. Choose your favorite yoga block from five design variations.
