The Lat Pull Down/Hammer machine is a strength training equipment designed for gyms that offers the authentic feeling of lifting free weights, but in a safe and controlled environment. Training Objectives

Designed to build the latissimus dorsi, this machine also works other key muscles and joints including the biceps, rotator cuff, and forearms. This makes it a versatile tool for any training program.

  • Sturdy Structure: The machine frame is constructed of 60 x 120 mm rectangular tube and >2.5T, while the swing arm is made of ø114 x 3.0T round tube. The joint uses a 50 x 120 x 2.5T mm flat oval tube. All pipes have been designed to provide a sleek and modern appearance.

  • Comfort and Durability: The cushion is made of polyurethane foam with primary forming technology, ensuring that it is not easily deformed. The hardness is adjusted to 65 degrees, +/- 5 degrees, adapting to the human body design. In addition, the cushion is covered with leather, tested with 500g weight to ensure that it does not wear, fade or deform.

  • Custom Fit: The machine allows for 8 different seat adjustment levels, in 3cm increments, making it easy for users to find the most comfortable height by simply lifting the cushion.

  • Stability and Support: Incorporates a rubber pedal, supported by a robust steel frame, providing high resistance and an optimal training experience.

  • High Quality Guide Rail: The moving components are mounted on a guide rail made of ø45 mm 45# alloy steel.   • PVC handles: Designed for a comfortable and secure grip, optimizing the user experience.

  • Quality Bearings: Uses top of the line bearings (C & U) from China, with aluminum alloy caps for durability.

  • Dumbbell Rack: The dumbbell plate suspension rack is made of ø50 x 3.0T stainless steel tube. Users can purchase additional racks to organize different types of plates.
