Concentrated biceps curl execution technique

To perform the exercise, we must begin by sitting on a bench, with both feet flat on the floor and a dumbbell held in one hand so that the palm of the hand is facing upwards, i.e. in supination. The elbow of the same arm holding the dumbbell must be placed on the inner thigh on the same side, while the arm remains extended.

From this position, with the torso slightly inclined, we begin the movement. We inhale and flex the elbow to transfer the weight from the foot to the opposite knee. We exhale at the end of the movement and begin a controlled lowering of the weight until the elbow is extended again.
