In conclusion, I can tell you that the keto diet is both recommended and not recommended. If you are in very good health and just want to lose weight in a short time, you can do it without any problems. On the other hand, since you will not be eating properly, if you suffer from any pathology, it is better to try other ways to reduce your body mass.
